Return & Exchange Policy

At Saree Palace, we’re here to help if something isn’t right. This policy applies only to purchases made through sareepalacesp.com.

Returns within 4 days: Contact us within 4 calendar days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, not dry-cleaned, and in their original condition, with tags, invoices, and all supplied pieces intact. Please wait for approval before sending your item back.

Damaged or wrong item? Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. An unedited unboxing video is recommended; other supporting evidence will also be reviewed. Verified issues will be resolved through a suitable replacement, exchange or refund.

Items we cannot accept: Standard returns are not available for cut, stitched, altered, customized, used or washed items; sarees with fall or pico work, incomplete sets, or products clearly marked as final sale before purchase.

Care for your purchase: Dry clean only, unless the care label states otherwise. Damage caused by improper washing or care is not eligible for a standard return. Slight screen colour differences and natural handcrafted variations may occur; genuine defects will still be reviewed.

Shipping & refunds: Customers pay shipping for standard approved returns or exchanges. We cover agreed, reasonable return shipping costs for verified damaged or wrong items. Returned items are inspected before approval, and exchanges depend on availability. Approved refunds go to the original payment method or a bank account for Cash on Delivery orders.

Cancellations: Contact us immediately. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch or customisation begins.
