Orders & Payments
Please check your product selection, delivery address and contact details before placing an order. Orders are subject to payment confirmation and stock availability. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable item.

Prices, offers and availability may change. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase. If a pricing or listing error affects your order, we will inform you before proceeding.

Product Details & Care
We aim to show accurate product descriptions and photographs. Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings. Handwoven fabrics and handcrafted detailing may have minor natural variations.

Products are dry clean only, unless the care label states otherwise. Damage caused by improper care is not eligible for a standard return or exchange.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Raise return or exchange requests within 4 calendar days of delivery. Report damaged, defective or wrong items within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs and available supporting evidence.

All requests are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy. For cancellations, contact us immediately; cancellation may be possible before dispatch or customisation begins.

Your Account & Website Use
Provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activities or attempts to disrupt its operation. We may restrict access where there is evidence of misuse.

Our photographs, logo, text and designs must not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.
